In the name of God Amen, this
is the last will and testament of
me, Robert Freeman of Upton Saint
Leonards in the County of Gloucester
yeoman as follows. I give devise and
bequeath unto my Niece Mary
Witcomb daughter of James Witcomb
of Upton Saint Leonards aforesaid All 
that my freehold messuage or tenement
Lands and premises with the
appurtenances situate in the Parish
of Upton Saint Leonards aforesaid and
elsewhere in the County of Gloucester
To hold to her my said Niece her
heirs and assigns for ever - I give devise
and bequeath unto my sister Betty
the wife of the said James Witcomb
all the rest and residue of my real
and personal estate of what nature
or kind soever or wheresoever situate to
hold to her my said sister her heirs and
assigns for ever as and for her own proper 
Estate and effects for ever Lastly hereby
revoking all former wills and codicils by
me at any time heretofore made I
nominate constitute and appoint her my
said sister whole and sole Executrix of
this my Will In Witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand & Seal
this twenty second day of July in the
Year of our Lord one Thousand eight
hundred and fifteen
