Sarah Ann was born in Eldersfield Worcestershire (16km north of Gloucester) about 1866. Her father John William COLE was born 1839 (age 72 in 1911) in Pendock Worcestershire.
In 1907 the mysterious Sarah HUDSON comes on the scene, or rather, departs it.
Sarah Ann died in Gloucester Q4 1916, aged 49. Eli John died in Manchester 25/1/1925 and was buried at Guarlford. He left his estate of £368 12s. to brother William Edwin and son Eli Ernest.

Charles and Blanche had Norman John (5/5/1930 - Q4 1999).
William Charles (Bill) had only one leg, but rode a bicycle everywhere. He married Edith Mary (Mary) HYETT Q1 1955 and had two children, Anthony C. (1957) and Malcolm J. (1960).
Edward (Ted) married Joyce M. (Mary) HADFIELD Q2 1947. Their children were Robert E. (1953) and Pauline M. (1955).
Stanley Douglas (Stan) married Glennis Marjorie COLIN Q1 1953 and had two children Ann M. (1956) and Alison J. (1963).
Norman John married Carol W. A. BEVAN Q3 1960 and had two children, Linda (1961) and Jayne (1966).
Stan and Norman ran a successful taxi service and also sold used cars part-time.
Charles died at 11 Savernake Rd Gloucester 29/11/1943, his entire estate valued at £377 18s. 7d. went to his widow Blanche. Blanche died 2/3/1952, aged 65; her estate of £290 17s. went to youngest son Norman..
